Flare: Enable Onion Routing Through the Desktop Wallet

Dear Flare Community,
We have recently released update 0.0.3b for the Flare Desktop Wallet. This addresses several issues and integrates some new features into the client.
Changes include:
- Networking privacy added via the option of enabling Onion Routing
- Option to set a dynamic fee for payments
- Sending max balance, or more than you can afford with the fee, automatically deducts fee from total
- Fixed crashing when sending coins to the wallet using on chain privacy protocols (i.e. Spending any null vin to the Flare Wallet).
- Wallet enhancements and front-end adjustments.
You can now download the latest version of the Flare Wallet on the site now.
